They are suspiciously scant on specifics, and virtually every "review" of them I can find on the Net is an obvious puff piece, not a real review. They don't even tell what OS is installed. From the descriptions, though, it looks to me like most of what they're touting are just accessibility settings - larger icons, magnifier screens, single-click of the mouse, etc. But one thing I see that would simplify life for him is a simple GUI with big, cartoon-ish labels, so the user doesn't have to know or remember the name…
