Adobe SVG Viewer use in Win 10

Hello

I have read the previous posts/thread related to this issue and it does not offer any solution. Numerous Ford Dealers and customers need to use the SVGviewer application to access vehicle wiring diagrams and Win 10 disables that function.

Many of these people had machines upgrade to Win 10 through some automatic process and are now without much needed technical knowledge.

Is there any solution?

Downgrade the PC back to a lower Win version? Is that possible?

I am posting the same question at Adobe.
